Black cut out ankle boots Schuh £45
These babies are actually my pride and joy- I love them so much!! I wear them pretty much every day and they're so comfortable. Normally with new shoes, especially leather ones, I need to wear them a few times before they bed in and are comfy, but I have never had a problem with these. I wore them on the first day I bought them and I didn't get any blisters or rubbing or pinching of baby toes so I was very impressed. I searched high and low for some cut out boots I actually liked the look of and I fell in love with these at first sight. They are black and slightly worn looking with a 2inch heel and a grippy sole. They have a cut out section and a wrap around strap with buckles so they have that 'edgy' look to them. I think they look great with a tartan dress or black skinnies and a leather jacket!
Cadbury's hot chocolate
You can't do my winter favourites post without your favourite hot chocolate, right? I heat a mug of milk in the microwave (sometimes in the saucepan if I'm not feeling too lazy) and stir in 4 teaspoons of this for perfect, chocolatey goodness!
Fairilse Christmas Bedding
I wanted some Chirstmassy bedding for ages but I didn't want to spend too much on it, as I would only be using it for a few weeks in a year, then I saw this on eBay for around £10 I think and I knew it was meant to be. It is double sided too which is a bonus, I just think it makes my room look all cute and festive and it has a fleecy texture so it's really warm and snugly :)
Advent Calendars
There's not much need for an explanation here, is there? 3 chocolates every morning AND One Direction's faces- what more could a girl want?
Fingerless gloves/mittens
I never really got on the whole 'touch screen gloves' bandwagon, I don't know why but they just didn't appeal to me. I like my hands to be warm, but also use my fingers so these are a great alternative. You can have your fingers out, then unbutton the little hood that doubles up as mittens. So cute!
What are your favourite things for winter?
Jess x
