Breakfast Smoothie

I find it really hard to get my 5 a day in so by drinking this refreshing smoothie, you will have already bagged 3 out of your 5 before you leave the house :)

Don't worry about the order of blending the ingredients, mix them in one by one or add them all together it doesn't make any difference.


All of my quantities are only approximations as I don't weigh them all out so you can vary them as you please!

Ingredients:
-2 apples of your choice chopped in to small pieces (1cmx1cmx1cm approx)
-100g mixed frozen berries
-1 small cup of milk
-1 scoop of strawberry or vanilla ice cream
-1 tablespoon of honey

Mix all of the ingredients together and viola! The perfect berry smoothie that isn't too sour. I have a really sore throat at the minute and this really soothed it :)
