April Favourites

Hi guys, I hope you're all well :) I've been trying so many amazing new products recently so I've been really excited to share some of them with you!

Nars Sheer Glow Foundation
This foundation has been raved about by sooooo many bloggers and youtubers, specifically Tanya Burr, Viviannadoesmakeup and Lily Pebbles and after hearing their reviews, I knew I had to get my hands on it. I can honestly say that it was love on first application, despite the name, I wouldn't say this is a sheer foundation, in fact, I think it's pretty much full coverage! Never has a foundation lasted on my oily/combo skin as well as this one. It's such an amazing foundation and I would recommend it to girls with every skin type.

Soap and Glory Brow Archery
I love to have a full, strong brow, but I can never really be bothered to sit and fill them in with a pencil or powder, so I was on the look out for a reasonably priced product that would make filling in my eyebrows much quicker and easier. I saw this product in Boots for £10, which I think is a great price as you get a waxy pencil on one side, and a felt tip on the other. The felt tip side is so thin, so you can apply it in tiny strokes to create a strong, yet natural looking brow.

Tanya Burr Lipgloss First Date
These lip glosses are more like a glossy lacquer than your standard lipgloss because they're so pigmented! You don't need a lipstick or liner underneath as they give a completely opaque look. I have a couple of shades, but first date is definitely my favourite. It's a baby pink and makes your lips appear fuller and juicy and lasts for hours. Plus the whole range smells like strawberries and cream!

Bourjois 1 Seconde Nail Polish Blue No Blues
I have been on the search for the perfect aqua blue forever and after trying and testing about 10 different nail polishes, I was so happy when I finally saw this gorgeous shade at a massive bourjois stand in Boots! It applies completely opaque in 1 coat and dries in less than a minute, leaving that gorgeous gel effect. This shade of blue is perfect for spring and summer and really compliments a tan.

L'Oreal Mega Volume Miss Manga Mascara
Admittedly, I was quite reluctant to try this as I'd heard mixed reviews about it. But when I saw the brush in person, I knew it was for me. I love the bristly, fibred brushes and this mascara gives me amazing length and volume without being clumpy. Although the formula isn't specifically waterproof, it lasts all day, even on my bottom lashes, without smudging!

L'Oreal Colour Infaliable Time Resist White
This eyeshadow is the perfect middle of a loose pigment and creamy eyeshadow. Normally, I wouldn't go for such a light shade, but I sweep this all over my lid and it instantly brightens up my eyes and makes them appear so much bigger. I love the formula and can't wait to get my hands on some more shades!
