The Lazy Day Post

I decided to do a bit of a 'my day in pictures' kinda post today!

As I am currently on a post 1D day downer, I decided to have a glorious lazy day. Meaning pyjamas, no makeup and rom-com DVDs. I don't really get much done on a productive day, so when I'm having a lazy Sunday, i only leave my bed to get food or go to the toilet. I've had Midnight Memories on repeat for the past 2 days so I thought I'd sit and listen to their beautiful music whilst showing you what I get up to on a lazy day (be warned- this is procrastinating at it's best).

Now let's begin the walk through to my lazy day.... :P

For my lunch, I had one of my favourite things to eat; 2 sticks of celery and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter with a cup of tea. This only contains about 100 calories but it's soooo filling because celery actually takes more calories to chew than it has in it, so your body thinks you've eaten more than you actually have (little bit of a science fact for you there) and peanut butter is my guilty pleasure, so I love being able to eat it without feeling too guilty :P

I gave myself a mini pampering session too; I painted my nails with my favourite polish, Essie's Bahama Mama and moisturised with The Body Shop's coconut body butter so I smell all tropical and my skin is silky smooth!

I told mum I couldn't do my chores because I was 'doing homework' (also known as listening to 1D) so I whacked out my folder and pink highlighter and highlighted random words just incase she came in, don't lie- you've all done this ;) the cherry blossom folder is from W H Smith.

I got a craving for hot chocolate but we didn't have any left because me and my sister drink that stuff like there's no tomorrow. Then I remembered in May time, I bought some snazzy coffee for my perculator that I was saving for Christmas time because they were festive flavours and when I found them, I couldn't choose between the caramel chocolate flavour or cinnamon hazlenut flavour (I chose cinnamon hazlenut and it was incredible). These were from Whittards of Chelsea!

As ugly as they are, I really freaking love my Ugg Boots haha! They are such a guilty pleasure of mine. They're so unstylish but warm and cosy :p I think they look really cute with leggings and an over sized jumper, but today I wore them with my fluffy socks as an alternative to slippers.

Sunday also means 'brush washing day' for me, so my Real Techniques brushes got their weekly dose of TLC! I use my Mac green gel cleanser to wash them. I didn't really like this for my skin because it completely stripped it of all the oil and it felt as though I had gotten Botox it made my skin that tight, but it washes my brushes nicely and I wanted to use it up so I can bring it to Mac as one of my 6 'back to mac' products. (6 empties= free lipstick eek!). 

I put my pink love heart fairy lights around my One Direction wall as well to add a little bit of festivity to my room haha :P

I was reading through the Jack Wills christmas gift guide and practically circled everything! There are some adorable reindeer leggings I have my eye on (hint hint mother! ;) )

That's pretty much how I spend my lazy days- basically doing anything apart from productive things :P
